Flying To Canada...can I Take My Gear?

I'll be flying to Canada to stay for awhile. My question is this; since juice is legal in Canada, could I fly with two bottles of juice without hassle or arrest when I arrive in Canada?Any input from some of our Canadian bros would be great. Thanks in advance.

well my friend took a trip to maryland from , ky and he came back his brother accidently stuck a qv winstrol in his bag along with a qv test. and he got across no problem lol i dnt know how he did it with all the suspected tightening of airport security...

do not take it on as a carry on. place it in the middle of your suitcase in a pocket of a pair of pants/jeans and place them in the middle of the suit case make sure other clothing is on top of the jeans and on the bottom. make sure the bag is not a carry on...

Is it esy to find arround the Vancouver area, I have an awesome source from a well known UG lab here in the states, I get amazing prices also. Staying for 6 to 12 months, It is a study aboard program that my university offered me, stay depends on the studies I'll be conducting.

I wouldn't risk it, customs would be a bitch to get through. AAS is legal in Canada, you can check for your self at Health Canada (either their office or the web site also clearly states AAS is legal to posses for your own use). Customs doesn't know the difference between a bottle of Test and a bottle of Heroine without testing though so they'd take you in either way. Strangely, fina pellets are not legal

What is illegal is selling it but thats it, just ship it to yourself or buy it here.

I've been in this situation several times, I mailed my gear twice and took in on the plane once (1 10ml vial) and I believe some home brew also, everything worked out cool. But you never know what could happen with all this latest crack down bull$#!#. I would mail it, just my 2 cents

just for your info i've flown with gear in my checked luggage 3x, from the east coast of the usa to the west coast of canada, and had no problems. As long as you keep it in your checked luggage their wont be a problem, i did however take the labels off just in case, plus i didn't bring any pins, just gear.

just yesterday I went to londondrugs and bought 100 25guage 3 mil.
they look at ya funny but oh well. gear is easy to get here. so if I were you I would mail what ya have or just pick up here

gear is illegal in canada unless you have a prescription for it. but then again penalties if you are caught are a slap on the wrist. you will basically never get any jail time for steroids for personal use. even if you are caught selling you may only recieve a summary conviction(non-felony for the americans), which is up to a fine of $1000 and or imprisonment of up to 6 months. so it is possible you can sell steroids get caught and never go to jail.

Well to answer my own question, I just looked it up on the department of justice site:
Its one of those funny Canadian laws: its illegal to get it or to sell it, but not to possess it under s.4 of the Criminal Code. Its a class IV substance, meaning its not covered under the possession section..only the obtaining section.

4. (1) Except as authorized under the regulations, no person shall possess a substance included in Schedule I, II or III.

Obtaining substance


(2) No person shall seek or obtain

(a) a substance included in Schedule I, II, III or IV, or

(b) an authorization to obtain a substance included in Schedule I, II, III or IV

from a practitioner, unless the person discloses to the practitioner particulars relating to the acquisition by the person of every substance in those Schedules, and of every authorization to obtain such substances, from any other practitioner within the preceding thirty days.

steroids are legal to have but illegal to sell. cops dont give two shlts about it here, only way u will go down for it is if u have a shltload of them and they catch u selling them to someone.(which is possible but very unlikely)

We already been through this...its not legal, but its not really 'illegal' either for simple possession in small amounts. You will get nailed for selling, buying, trying to smuggle, etc.
