I believe that I wasted a lot of opportunity to gain muscle in the past becasue I was too worried about getting fat when I was lifting, so I wound up eating too little and not gaining much muscle/strength.

I think a lot of the success of my first cycle can be attributed to making a decision to not worry about fat and eating agressively. The good news is that I put on about 30 lbs of muscle AND lost a good 2" off my waist!

Diet is everything! We truly are what we eat!

Nice job bro! I've always felt it is best to get as close to your maximum natural weight as possible before you start a cycle. Keep up the good work.
