I would go .5 and if you start losing your hair switch up to 1mg....But if your real sensitive about your hair I would take 1mg...

From what I remember Winny is a DHT derivative and that the 2 will negate each other. You should drop the winny. ANd go with 1mg a day. Thats what the recommended dose is for if you are losing your hair NATTY. You are losing hair way faster than some that would naturaly have it fall out so I would say at least 1mg a day.

what if the finasteride was dropped when winnny was started? so you are saying the finasteride negates any effect of winny?

use 1mg for sure... and skip the winny if you like your sensitive to DHT.
