How much precaution should i take on my cycle?

I'm gonna start my first cycle next week and this is what I came up with so far...

week 1-10 --> Test E. (500mg/wk)
week 1-10 --> Proviron (25mg/day)
week 1-12 --> Nolva (20mg/day)
week 8-13 --> HCG (?????????)
week 11-13 --> Clomid (300/150/50)
week 11-on --> Clen

is this too much precaution or can u never be too safe? i don't want to see any gyno or estrogen build up. for the past 2 years i've had a lot of water retention and estrogen build up from supplements. mostly because of my own ignorance. it's a good thing i came to this site in time. also, what should hcg dose be per week.

just need to tweek this a bit....
1-10 500mg test e
1-14 20 mg nolv/ed
12-14 clomid
hold the proviron imo a waste of $$ but if you are down with it you can still run 25mg/ed....
also hold off on the hcg, shouldnt be needed here

also, when would u recommend using hcg ? wouldn't it be used best during a test cycle? or is my dosage too low?

hcg should only be used if you are shutdown hard, and shouldnt be needed in a 10 week cycle.....
you can not injust enough clen for it to be anti-catabolic....you can run it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off the entire cycle if u like...

it is used both ways....your call on how you want to run it.....benefits of clen depend on you and your cardio/bf/etc......but anti-catabolic, it is not

i believe that this is a perfect cycle.I can say that from x-perience.i gained 20 clean lb's with the above cycle(as my first)My bro went a lot better.No side effect(just a little acne in my shoulders).I just used 50 mgs/ed of proviron and 10 mgs/ed of nolva throughout the cycle(and 500mgs/ew of test e of course).A trick i did was 2 start proviron and nolva 10 days defore start the test.i will agree with asymmetrical1-HCG isnt nessesary here (although had it in hand in case of atrophy).As for clen follow asymmetrical1's step.
My pct was Pheedno's protocol (worked perfect 4 me)
Follow the adove suggestions and u wont be sory man

thanx for a great response. i actually started nolva last week. when should i stop proviron though? can i run it all the way through pct? also, should i lower the dosage of nolva to 10mg at the beginning of pct?
