cycle question

i was just going to get your opinions on this cycle i was thinking about taking. I was going to get 100mg 20c bottle of winstrol and take 1/2 a c every other day and also get 2 10c bottle of tes enenthate 250 and take 2 c's of it a week. just looking to see wh at you guys think about that. thanks

no i have done 4-5 cycles

I think 500mg/wk of Test is good for a 10 weeker. I would not run the Winny the entire time though...it is hard on the joints...

ok so what would you suggest? think i should get something else instead of the winny or what?

What is your previous cycle history, and stats: age, height, weight, training experience, etc...

well i have done tes en,deca,omnadren,equipoise,and a little winny. I am 23 years old about 5-11 1/2 215lbs. i have been working out for over 8 years. played college football and rugby so trained pretty good. dont know alot about the dieting and stuff though.

Diet is everything. It can and will make or break your cycle. If I were you I would research some diet info that matches your goals (see the diet forum) and then check the cycles post below for some cycle ideas...hope this helps.
