Well my cycle is very limited. However you have to do what you judge is best. 1g test wk 12 wk=30lbs keep 25 or 300mg of test wk 20wk=30 keep 25.

i personally like higher doses, low doses dont seem to work as well for me. but everyones different.
10 12 weeks 400mg of test best cycle Ive had!
i think it depends on cycle exp and weight as well.
Mild doses longer cycle, feel I keep more cause my body has time to adjust to its new added weight. My problem is I throw on weight pretty quick, but its a struggle for me to get stronger, great for a bodybuilder horrible for MMA.
