Viagra does absolutely nothing to your sex drive - It just helps you get it up - there's a big difference

Do you mean something to increase sex drive (libido) or do you mean something to help you get wood?

Why do you specifically want natrual?
For libido Trib / Tongkat / Avena sativa all work good (together)
for wood - go with cialis (I know it's not natrual, but It's way more effective & predictable than any ''natrual'' product)
