More test ?
I need some ideas for my next cycle. Into my 8th wk. of my first cycle
test e only from Apex 250mgs. Mon. Thur. not seeing much as far
as muscle, a little stronger though. I eat like a horse, lots of chicken
tuna and so fourth. should I increase my test next time or add some
deca . looking for more muscle gains. My stats are 6ft. 267lbs. with
about 25 percent body fat.

250mg/wk is barely replacing your natural test production. Also, 25% bf is on the high side for cycling as well.
I would get on the treadmill and lose at least 25 pounds of fat to get you closer to 225 before running another cycle.
As far as muscle, you have too much fat covering it for it to be noticable at anything over 20%.

No it's 250mgs. on Mon. and Thur. totaling 500 per wk. And my upper and
lower body is in good shape it's just around the middle is where I need to
lose it.

accually my body fat was even higher befor I started out so thats
what I'll do, try to get my fat down a bit more and see what happens
