Bad Glute Injection

Im shooting prop/tren and got a big lump that is sore and bruised turning a little purple, Also it stung a little while injecting. I hit my other Glute today and no problem no sting, I think I may gone to far in the middle of my upper glute is there anything I should do in the meen time or just time will take care of the brusied glute

Time will take care of it. I've never had a prob with going in too far but I have had some mean brusies.

thoroughly massage site after injection. if lump remains massage occasionally for a couple days. hot pad or bath will also help

nicking of veins typically causes such bruising (its not pretty) but usually not an issue.
