OKay all... plz give me all the advice u can.
i started a beginer cycle. test enth. 250mg and boldabol once a week.
supplements are as follows:
multivitamin, creatine, cla, l-glutamine, amino acids, fish oil, flax seed oil.
i eat about 3000cals a day. Protein i figure is about 100grams or so... just from shakes. figure another 100 grams from the food i eat.
any help u can give would be great.
