i read some of it,but the real good info comes from the search and asking questions because u gett answers and real time experiences as opposed to what the book has to say
At the back of the book there are some really good pics. Other than a few new items the book is exactly the same. If you don't have 2000 then get 2002. Otherwise its not a good deal.

I personally like the book...i only seem to use it when i wanna know more about a particular steroid..or what kinds are legit etc..99% of the time i learn my knowledge from this board:)
