I got busted about a month ago in AZ for transporting,sales and poss. they still havent set my court date. It was my first offence but its fedral becaus I was mailing it dose any one no what kind of time im looking at.

My suggestion is get a good lawyer, and talk to your doctor. Tell him your situation and ask him to write some sort of perscription stating that you neede these drugs for medical purposes.

get a lawyer - unless it was an enormous amount of gear - you are looking at between 0-6 (fed recommended guidlines) - it is possible that they could plea a misdemeanor and give you probation - especially if its your first.......... I think very, very unlikely but max 6 months more likely 30-60 days if at all (but depends on the amount).

like cycle said, max is 6 months unless you were charged with more than 500 units. get a lawyer, but don't spend too much money on one. there isn't too much a lawyer can do if you were caught red handed selling the stuff. email me for more info. i may be able to give you more insight.
