Cycle length
I was about to start a sust/deca /primo cycle and had a couple of questions. My stats are: 5'8", 190lbs, low %bf, and several years lifting, but no AAS use. I was looking over some posted cycles using test at around 400mg/week. What are your thoughts on a longer cycle of sust using only 250mg/week for 20 weeks instead of 10? I was wanting bulk and cuts but will I still achieve them at a lower dose and longer cycle? I am also planning to start with some deca at 200 mg/week for ten weeks then primo at 200 mg/week for another ten or so weeks with the sust. Please help......

it really not necessary to run it 20 wks ,
10 wks is good like this
test 500 mg wk1-10
deca 400 mg wk1-9
primo 400 mg wk 9-13
deca and test will give you nice size then the primo will harden up your gains.

ive done 20 week cycles and after awhile the gains stop do at the most 12 to 14 weeks with the mgs that 4 plates said and you will kick

4 Plates is right...you'll make better progress off 10 week cycle than dragging it out to 20...there's no need when you could squeeze almost 2 good cycles into 20 weeks.
Run it just like 4 plates has laid it out for you and you won't be dissappointed...

250 for 20 wks is not effective, but bad for you. higher than normal androgen amounts will cause the endocrine to shut down. 600mg/wk won't shut you down much more than 250/wk, so running 250/wk for 20 wks leaves your endocrine unused for a very long time. it is harder to recover from that.

The longest I try to go on my cycles is 12 weeks...

so its not necessary to run a longer cycle to solidify your gains a bit more?
actually, i think i know what the reply is going to be. but i think running a longer cycle, for example 4 months of cyp, would be beneficial in solidifying your new muscle.
course thats JMO.. i dont recommend this to anybody
