id say go wit at leaast 50mg/day and for about 6-8 weeks.

as to who makes the best, bd is good as bd to my knowledge havent ever been found to underdose

but if u can find a good ug lab thats the way to go.

cool thank everyone i have seen how expensive it is man belive me that hurts bros well it will all be worth it though it will also make me train harder for i will want to get the most for my money as in seeing the best results for the cash

IMO, 50mg ED might be a waste. I got good results with 30mg ED. Strength went up and veins started to surface despite my bf% being relatively high.

I say start with 30mg and see how you respond in a week.
