dbol raising test levels?

Not sure if this has been asked before but I found nothing on it. I know alot of the info in the profiles is not accurate but I'm curious about this one. It says that only 10mgs of dbol a day results in a 5 fold increase in the test concentration of the average male. Is dbol an oral test? If not how could it increase test levels? Hope this isn't a dumb question.
