b-12 questions

i have found b-12 and they sell Vitamin B12* (50ug/Ml) a bottle. How does that work when injecting? Also does 9.95 seem fare? and last how much to inject? i can only inject twice a week but plan to complement with oral b-12.

Twice a week is fine alot of us only inject twice a week the halflife is long enough.
