    my finger hurts

    i dont know what i did to it but i thinking that it could be all that typing i did to get to1000 posts,sorry guys i had to.

    not worried about the 1000 posts but the four plates I am worried about.

    I hit 3 plates 3 times the other day. I want to hit four plates on my bench by the time I am thru w/ this cycle.
