ive finished a tren ,prop and eq about 3 weeks ago but didnt lose the fat i wanted to cause i didnt do the cardio as much as i should of.
im wanting to do a clen eph cycle(i have a source in belfast for the eph)is this a good cycle 2 weeks on clen ,2 weeks eph.
are they both good together and yes i will be doing more cardio.
