Ok fellas
Just wanted to say im off to shoulder surgery this morning. I will be out the gym for 6 weeks Wish me luck fellas

Take it easy, make sure you recuperate enough before hitting the gym--and enjoy the painkillers while they last!

I know all about shoulder surgery firsthand, not fun-but when you come back you should be all fired up to get back in the gym-I know I was.

Good luck and have a quick recovery! If the pain gets too bad, ask for a live-in nurse! (preferably two!!!!)

I feel the pain so bad every time I read about someone not being able to work out!!! Freaken tragic...why would God do this to us weight lifting lovers???

well its been a week since my shoulder surgery, im having to learn how to use my right arm all over again, but making good progress...veryyy painful though..so what i expect is for all my fellow board members to go out and hit the weights extra hard for me just remember...quality not quantity, i swear when i come back my main focus is going to be FORM
