how much deca for joints?

im gonna start my 3rd cycle 1st was test only, 2nd was test tren both were successful. im 32 195 lbs and very active in sports therefore my knees are breaking down and i dont rest enough to let them heal naturally. my question is how much deca would i need to throw into my next cycle to promote faster healing in my joints? i know deca lubes ur joints but there has been scientific evidence that it can help ur joints regenerate 10x faster than the natural healing process. any experiences with dosages would be appreciated.

i'd say just throw in 400mg/week just make sure the test is higher. get some glucosamine as well bro. also i take this stuff called proline joint care that works very well.

Deca does not "lube" your joints. It does however increases the rate of collagen production, the dosage needed for this is low about 100mg per week.

i take glucosamine but it sucks having to swallow those darn horse pills are the proline tabs the same size?

the proline stuff is powder u mix in juice.
