i am currently on my 4th week of a sus prop and now winny cycle ! i seem to have put on a bit of wait around my waist i dont know if its fat or water ? how can u tell weather it is fat or water ? my diet is very clean and i do cardio 5 times a week to ! so i will find it very dishartening if its fat because i have worked my ass off to really get in good shape !![]()
