    Fat Or Water ?

    i am currently on my 4th week of a sus prop and now winny cycle ! i seem to have put on a bit of wait around my waist i dont know if its fat or water ? how can u tell weather it is fat or water ? my diet is very clean and i do cardio 5 times a week to ! so i will find it very dishartening if its fat because i have worked my ass off to really get in good shape !

    so what ur saying is that tha weight around my waist if i can pinch it with my fingers which i can is fat ? not water ?

    water shouldn't be localized either. is your face getting rounder and are you having a hard time doing cardiovascular exercises? do you have a hard time walking up stairs? is so, this could be water retention. then again it could be both.

    face look flushed? i know im retaining water when my face loses color and gets puffy, also when i wake up and have lines on my shoulders from the sheets

    Damn, I have lines on my shoulders every morning when I wake up and I'm natural.

    i don't know for sure. all i know is that muscles get anaerobic very quickly. your muscles just don't get oxygen as well somehow. maybe tnt would know more.
