take a lot of showers and sit in the sauna after u work out and buy an acne body wash...best of luck

Try and get some sun as that will help a lot, also buy a back scrub and use an exfolient. Physohex or any of the medicated washes are good as well.

I don't get acne very easily but as I've pointed many bros out the product from no-acne.com worked wonders for me. I had a breakout on my back on my first cycle and started using it and it cleared it right up and I use it on my face just because it makes my skin feel so much better.
