stats 5'10 185lbs age 30 3years working out

my first cycle need some help i got two 10 ml bottles of tets cyp 200mg/ml from CUSTOM LABS. im planning on doing one jab a week of two ml is that good or do i need more. and any info on CUSTOM LABS would be nice tryed to do a search and got nothing .

400mg is enough for a first cycle... I'd split it into 2 shots though.

go with 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks, 400mg will b fine but IMO 500 is better. do u have nolva and pct lined up?

never heard of custom labs

i agree, i would do 2 injections a week.. but if u want to only do one thats fine.. also don't inject for than 1mL in ur delts .. 1.5mL max if u have thick shoulders.. also, inject slowly.. don't rush it, after u inject massage the injection site to spread the oil out.

shiet bro u should know that b4 u star a cycle!! pct is a very important part of a cycle! read up on it b4 u start. u need some clomid for pct. the purpose of it pct is to keep ur gain s and get ur natural test up and goin again.

check through this site first before you inject to make sure you have correct size of needles and check out spotinjections.com for injection places.i find glutes the best for first time.

I agree with the others.... do a little more reading before starting the cycle ........... You will need clomid and more Nolva to run PCT.

here's a cycle

1 - 10 400mg Cyp
1 - 13 Nolva 20mg ED

Start PCT 18 days after last injection of Cyp
Day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

Nolva should be ran through out the cycle and durring PCT. It's an anti-e and will keep estrogen from binding to the ER and causing gyno. It's also a SERM and mimics estrogen so this will help keep your lipid profile in good shape.

Clomid you will use as to get LH and FSH levels back up.......... You only use clomid durring PCT because HPTA fuctions have been shutdown by the hormones you injected durring the cycle.

The reason for Bi-weekly injections is it will lower the side effects by keeping a more consistant blood level of testosterone .

bro def read on the pct. I have been here for a couple months just reading and getting my sheit together before I start. I think it is very important to know before you go. still wont be starting for a couple more weeks. you have a full lifetime make sure you are ready. there are so many things that can happen it pays to know. I was thinking on doing TRT just so I have no worries. Have you looked into that. testosterone hormone therapy. wish you the best. ski a great winter

You have gotten some excellent advice thusfar, and it appears that Bdtr's post has been taken to heart by some of the bros here. Glad to see it.

Just to refresh a couple of good points:

->twice a week with your injects
->400 will work...500 will work
->pct is more important than injection frequency
->Mud laid out your cycle...follow his example

400mg EW is fine, but you're gonna need some more test due to wastage.......
20ml of 200mg/ml will last you around 9 weeks @ 400mg/ml -
I'd get another 10ml & run it @ 400mg for 12 weeks
