sore t4oo injection help

i did 1 cc t4 and 1 cc test e 250 mg stacked i knwo that is to much should i just do on cc t4 or half a cc stack it with deca 300 mg? i put icey hot on my sore thigh is that ok. i know deca should help the pain nect injection

I would stack it with the deca. Test 400 is painful though bro.. Use a heat pad before and after you inject.

My first cyce and first shot I did a CC of Decca 300 and a CC of T400 into my ass...

I didn't know what the **** I was doing... so I just shot the 2CC's into my ass.. rubbed for about 5 minutes and went to bed...

WOW did I learn from my mistakes the next morning... haha

From them on I split up the shots to 2 times a week... doing 1/2 cc of Decca with 1/2 cc of T400 twice a week... things were a lot beta after that...
