This is my current diet
1st meal
2 scoops of whey
1 cup oatmeal
2nd meal
8 eggs wht
2 eggs whole
10 oz potatos
3rd meal
8 oz ground beef 4% fat
1 cup mix veggies
2 1000mcg flax seed oil
4th meal
1 1/2 tuna cans
2 cups of wheat pasta
5th meal post
2 scoops of whey
cell tech
6th meal
7 oz chiken breast
1 cup brown rice ( uncooked )
1 cup of veggies
Its about 350 grams of protein, 380 grams of carbs, Im not sure about the fat
How this diet looks for the cycle above, should I add more food?
