can somebody please explain the basics in a sq injection with b-12, shall i hold the skin in someway or? im worried, wont there be a lump just under your skin as when test is trapped.

theres alink on here somewhere ill try to find that shows how to do it but u just pull ur skin out and inject into the fat. its easy and no i wont leave a bump. at least gh doesnt. just rub it in after u inject.

if u have enough fat then i guess so, look at the diagram in the thread i gave u. i always do in my stomach with gh and around my nipples.

Yes you can shoot it in the thigh
The thing is with B-12 for SC shots is that the quantity injected is tad voluminous.It may cause irritation.From experience ..it leaves a very temporary lump(1ml is a lot more than 10IUs..thus there is no comparison between slin/gh shots and b-12 administration)..that dissipates within minutes..Redness and irritation may follow.IMO B-12 should be shot intramuscularly.
