If I am doing an 8-week cycle of sus, deca , d-bol what period should I be resting?

if you mean time off of steroids then you need at least 8 weeks rest starting from 3 weeks after the last deca injection.

bingo...a lot of guys take their 8 weeks from the last shot which is not the correct way to do it..
