Question about Numb feeling after inject

I took a shot yesterday and about 3:00pm today I began to feel a slight numb/tingling feeling in the top of my thiegh kind of by my hip bone. I did not hit a vain and don't think it would be a nerve this is sixth shot this cycle and also the first one that is a little sore.
Does This sound like anything I need to really worry about?
