    just found these mg:s with 5000calories per serving, thats pretty sick...how many here uses them? i mean, who eats 5000 ed for starters? and their so cheap...im going for it

    5000 cals in ONE serving? WTF?! Go for it bro 1 serving with your current diet. Train hard. You said you're skinny and want some fat but don't over do it. Nothing looks worse than a skinny dude with a huge beer gut.

    The only reason you would need that is if you are an ectomorph. And even then I wouldnt take a whole serving in one sitting.

    I would divide that 5000 calories into equal smaller servings throughout the day...you'll absorb more that way

    why cant a gainer containing 5000calories replace a workout diet, instead of food just drink 1000calories every second hour.... just curious why you guys dont use this

    watch the sugar content - spike in your insulin will either lead to high fat gains, instead of muscle and possible long term effects are diabetes type 2 which has become more and more prevelant in today's society with the high sugar content in our soda's and diets...

    Yep this happened with me with weight gainer shakes. It might be good to take a 120 lb 6 ft tall kid and have him gain 10 lbs with weight gainer but with or without a workout program, you gain too much fat and its not pretty to be 6 ft 180 lbs and 30 to 40% body fat. Its better to resigned to the fact that you are going to gain muscle at a certain pace, even using steroids you only gain a certain percentage rate with muscle, so if you are starting out very skinny, even on roids you might not be able to get more then 15 lbs of muscle a year, however its perfectly conceivable that a big well built 220 lb man can gain more then 35 lbs of muscle in a year.

    Be very very careful with the weight gainer stuff. 5000 ED calaries is not recommended for anyone under 210 lbs and you cannot do anything but grow more fat then muscle on such a diet.

    You will get as fat as hell. how much protein is in this 5000 calorie serving i bet its low and full of useless sugar that will only make you fat. You ask why eat food and not just have 1000 cals of this shake 5 times a day you obviously have no idea about nutrition the only time you should eat simple carbs is in and around training you might as well just as well have a few protein drinks and eat candy bars all day long that will work out cheaper you will sure gain weight akmost all fat and water this is bodybuilding not sumo wrestling
