best time to take clen???????
I started my clen today! I was just wondering what's the best time of day to take it! I do my cardio @ 6-7 am and weights @ 9am please help thanks!

i take it before 12 noon if not i have trouble sleeping at night

So would it be safe to take it after my workout @ 10am?

I'd take it after 10 am based on the fact that you do your weight training like 2 hours after your cardio. Clen can sometimes interfer with your breathing and I wouldnt suggest taking it before a workout.

ok so i'm done my cardio for the day @ 7 am and i'm done weights at about 10 or so so can i take it right after my weights for should i wait longer? another question? Monday I teach aqua fot classes 9:30-10:15, a mom and me class @ 10:30-11am (i don't need to be very acticve for this one just talk telling the moms what to do) and then I have another aqua fit calss from 5:30- 6:15pm! it I take my clen after my 1st aqua fit class @ 10:30 will I be ok to teach again @ 5:30! I hope that it's a dumb question!

Eating
I eat breakfast @ 7:30am Oatmeal & a scoop of protein powder! and I have a 10 am snack!

some people have breathing diffacultiy on clen and some do not.
I dont have any problem. in my opinion, I spread my clen in to equal doses through
out the day. I dont take after 4pm and I take first dose after am cardio.
give it a try. I have not heard of many breathing problems. My girl takes it
twice a day and gets good results. play around with timing and see what
works well for you. good luck

she gets real good results. but you still need to remember that diet and cardio
are what will make or break it. good luck

What about ppl taking upwards 100mcgs, how would they spread the dosage/?
20 mcgs per dose, or more?

I have taken up to 300mcg and I split it up 3 times a day.
or I mix it all in a water bottle and sip all day. that worked real well

its an amino acid, helps t4 convert to t3... basically rebound once you get off of clen

Really depends on how much tolerance you have built up to clen . I find taking 1st thing in the moring on a ''true'' empty stomach gives me maximum absorbtion and effect. I have however built up a high tolerance.
