    Question how to dose powdered gear?

    think i might have asked this sometime back but i can't remember exactly how it goes nor can i find that old post .

    i'm gettin a gram of var powder and i need to know how i can measure my dosages.

    I wonder who that is coming from

    easiest thing is to get your caps - look how many mg each - say 500mg total - if you want to make 20mg caps then put 24grams of filler if you want 100 10mg caps then put 49grams of filler, etc. mix and then put in the capmquick

    thats starting to clear things up but i have a few questions

    i know i can get the gel caps from a vitamin store but what do i use for filler?

    when i mix the filler and the var how do i know what i'll end up with in each cap? what i mean is wouldnt it be possible that in the mix say one cap might end up really under dosed and say another way over dosed?

    last but not least, i assume that the capmquick is a tool to close the capsules and possibly load them? where do you find such a monster?

    Would it be better if you mixed two or possibly three different steroids in one capsule and take your dosages like that?

    Littlemeth,

    mixing gear in a single capsule, would be fun, but not nessessary, just a hassle

    pluss in a cycle, only one oral is USUALY taken on a daily basis to jump start a cycle.
