1" is fine for quad.

i prefer 1" pins. i hope you're not using the 18g pins that come with the sust redijects.
25G is perfect.

Damn the redijects come with 18gs. OUCH. does anyone actually use that nail in them and if so what type of track marks would they leave.....

actually i think they come with 20g pins. i can't remember. either way, i remember them being a friggin harpoon.

i think your right with the 18g.. my wife can use those to fix the tarp on the boat.. things are way to big

the sust redi-jects are 18 gauge ...my roomate has them and he injects them into a vial and then uses a 23 gauge 1.5 inch needle to draw it out
