My diet right now consists of 4 eggs scrambled for breakfast, sometimes substituted with a protein shake, for lunch I have a salad, then a protein bar about an hour later, then a salad or a can of tuna when I get home, and a few more protein shakes with creatine. I'm taking test monday and thursdays and wonder if this is an idiotic diet. I want to cut my fat but still bulk up. Ne pointers?
