    what do you guys think is the best muscle sparing agent to use while extreme dieting....like complete carb restriction or starvation diets??

    No flame here bro, but that statement is completely wrong. Yes there are sources carrying fake stuff, but if you know where to look, you can get real fina(no pms asking where please). Or just make it yourself.

    im using kyno o.5cc in the morning before work out and .5cc before i go to bed to defend myself from catabolism. its been 1 week since my last fina. and i feel like my abs are showing but still maintaing the mass. But i dont know for how long.
