it helps maitain muscle mass on alow calorie diet ,thats why it is a prefered drug for competition.what are u trying to accomplish? u wanna cut up or use it in abulking cycle,bulk test, cut up eq, winnie,tren, and so on.the resaults vary ,diet ,training,cycles genetics.
I want to gain some size and stay lean.
I was thinking of throwing some test possibly into the mix, is that a good idea?
I would like to have at least a 20lb gain in lean mass.

I said you should bulk, but eat clean, and through in some clen at the end of the cycle to get rid of some fat you dont want.

go to steroids.com, and other sites like that, and research the shit out of it. you should look at othert peoples cycles and look at their results, and side effects, and cater them to fit your needs.
