how long does preparation H take to work on my bloating

I use it for the off days of yohimburn (sh!t that stuff works), it makes me bloated, which I hate but the end results I hope will be good, I was wondering what the usual time frame was if anybody has an idea to loose the water retention with the help of a little prep h

isn't Prep H used for your hammroids <--probably spelled it wrong ,ohwell

also heard Prep H is good to make the skin tighter and that alot of body builders perfer to use this in pre contest preperations or something

yes its a anti inflammatory and a water diuretic therefore its good for bloating. girl use it all the time for above the navel shirts.

have you considered

tanning?

increasing water intake?

Increasing pottasium intake?

these all tend to help.. but Yohimburn based water retention can be "resilient" sometimes it just takes time

which variation of the prep h is it there are some diff ones I know its not the suppositories lol is it the cooling gel or anti itching or? a different one let me know

prep h is a corticosteroid for anti-inflammatory purposes. it can remove some water, but it can also hinder your immune system, suppress your hpta and break down muscle, not to mention increase your appetite and make you gain fat. topical corticosteroids like prep h won't have as dramatic an effect, but i don't see the reason to use it just to remove water
