Is it necessary to carb deplete 3 days prior, or for any time amount, before your first dose?
it's really all about preference. Carb depletion causes you to feel pretty ****ty... and DNP also makes you feel pretty ****ty. If you don't deplete, you might feel hotter the first few days... but... usually it doesn't really kick in until the third day or so. I'd say don't bother. . but that's just one opinion.
If you've got the motivation to carb deplete for 3 days... you can just do it for a few weeks and skip the dnp all together ;)
