I am 5,11 24yrs old 190lb. 9%bf.
I will be doing a test, EQ, Winny cycle and would like to know exactly how I should run any anti estrogens and my clomid.

Cycle:
400mgs T200 weeks 1-10
400mgs EQ weeks 1-10
50mgs ed winny weeks 6-11


This is my 3rd cycle. Its been 9 months since my last cycle.

Run clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of eq. Eq has the longest half life of your selection (12-14 days). 300mg the first day, 100mg the next 10 days, and 50mg the next 10 days. Also, I need to know what anti-estrogen you want to use.

what kind of anti'es do you have? i prefer arimidex or liquidex, but nolva and proviron work as well.

liq/ari- .5 mg ed throughout
proviron 50mg ed throughout
nolva 20-30mg only when symptoms start

clomid therapy-300mg day 1
100mg days 2-11
50mg days 12 -21

Nico, start the winny from week 7 until week 12. Then you can run clomid 2 days aftewr your last winny.
