Lump on my glute what to do ?

Hello everyone

Yesterday I had my Test E injection on my left glute and today I have a lump doesnt hurt a lot , it was a 1 inch pin could be the problem dont know what to do any help would be great.

It shouldn't be a problem. After you inject try rubbing/massaging the area vigorously for about 10 minutes. This will help to disperse the oil. Also, 1 1/2 inch sticks are usually used with glutes unless you alreay have a low BF.

but to get the lump down what should I do or just wait a few days ?

There is nothing that you can really do now, but in the future do what I suggested and it should be better. If it gets red, swollen more, irritated and starts to hurt more then I would go see a doc because it might be infected. For now.... advil and a heating pad or run hot water over the area while you are showering. That might help with the lump right now.
