AAS and Copenhagen
I lift hard, Diet hard, Cardio hard, Rugby hard... I gave up the beer, but I haven't given up the dip, nor will I. Anyone know anything about nicotine levels in the blood? Does it mess with a cycle, I have never read anything about nicotine and a cycle, any interferences? It would be interesting to find out.

Man, I couldn't say what it does to you blood levels, but I have to say that I seriously fiend for dip when I'm on a cycle. I worry about my gums more than I worry about AAS sides...

I've been dipping since my days of college ball.....but I've been wanting to stop for some time now. I go through about a can a week...not too bad but none would be better. But man is it going to be rough doing cardio without a dip in the lip.

Go to www.quitsmokeless.org if you want to try and quit. It helped me quit cold turkey. I dipped for decades and it is tough to quit but you will notice many benefits including longer life, etc.
As for wht it does to a cycle....
1. Nicotine is an appetite suppressant, not something you want on cycle.
2. Nicotine constricts your blood vessels leading to high blood pressure. Not a good thing as AAS also increases your BP and should be watched closely.
3. Nicotine is more addictive then heroin, it's a fact.
Yes, I quit 3 years ago and I still miss it at times. But all the negative things it does to your health do not justify the great taste and feeling when your working a good dip. If you want to quit, go to the site, it's free and will give you alot of photo's and motivation for quitting as well as a BBS with other guys out there quiting now.
If you are happy with being a nicotine junky, then anything I have to say, you will think, nope, not me. I am not being critical, as it took me a couple decades to realize I was wrong. I only hope you guys wise up before anything like the big c or BP induced complications occur. I only wish I was smarter at a younger age.

it speeds up your metabolism some, which just means you need to eat more. its well worth it though. i play rugby too and don't know what i would do if i couldn't throw a horseshoe in after a match.
