Hey bro, I think you can get away with 1 shot/wk for enanthate and cypionate but I personally would go 2x/wk. If I'm not mistaken, test undecanoate is even longer than enth or cyp so you might be alright with 1 poke a week there.

Sust basic is test decanoate, and then alil bit of the other 3. I personally would just do 1 stick a week with test E or C at like 300mgs. Unless you've got some time under belt, then go for the 2 poke effect.

Why does that matter? So by what you are saying is that if you shoot 300mg/wk of test up you can get away with one shot. But once you go up to 500mg/wk you have to go with bi-weekly injections?

well wouldnt injecting 500mg be very painful? that is a hell of a concentration depending on how many ml's hes running, which i would assume is 1, maybe 2. just wouldnt make a whole lot of sense to me to shoot 500mg of test only once a week and all at one time. but thats JMO . im sure it wont kill him

500mg at one time a week is only 2cc's. But thats not the point. Stable blood levels is the point, and doing 1 shot a week wont do it.

one shot per week with cypionate will do it, half life is like 10 days. I have done cycles with cyp shot once and cycles shot twice per week and there wasn't any difference.

If you're talking about keeping Test Levels stable then:

Test Ent = Injecting every 4.5-5 days
Test Cyp = Injecting every 6-7 days
Test Undecanoate (if you can find it) = injecting every 10 days or so...

So then I would have to vote for Test Cyp since it's fairly
easy to find and you can get away with 1x week injections...

Your injection schedule depends on the type of injectible steroid you're using and the dose. There are long lasting steroids and short acting steroids.

For long lasting steroids (ones that stay active in your system for several days) you can keep a longer period of time between each injection. In an attemp to keep blood levels relatively constant, people using long lasting steroids tend to follow a rule of thumb of breaking up the injections into 2 or more injections each week (often taken Monday/Thursday) for weekly doses of 400mg or more. For less than 400mg weekly, generally people will take it in one injection. This is NOT a hard and fast rule, it's just a common practice.

Technically, You can inject more tha 400mg of a steroid in one injection if you have a large enough syringe,but you'll probably want to use more than one site of injection for the whole amount. You also need to take into consideration the draw backs of using only one injection. If I were you, I'd follow the rule of thumb I mentioned above.

Examples of long lasting steroids: testosterone cypionate (cyp), Equipoise (EQ), Deca, testosterone enanthate (enan or test-e)

For short acting steroids (ones that stay active in your system for 1-3 days) require more frequent injections since they decrease to insignificant levels in the body quickly--within 1-3 days.

An example of a short acting steroid: Testosterone propionate (prop)

NOTE: Sustanon has both short and long acting components in it. It can be used as a long lasting steroid; however, in order to get the most benefit from it, it should be run as a short acting steroid.

One more thing...
Many beginners are discouraged from using short acting steroids such as prop mainly because they require every day (ED) or every other day (EOD) injections. A new user has so much other stuff to keep his/her mind on other than injecting ED or EOD.

There's no rule against new users taking short acting steroids, it's just not recommended because of the hassle associated with it. If you go away during your cycle, it's far easier to manage one or two shots per week or to miss one shot without much disruption (for long lasting steroids) than having to miss several days of ED or EOD injections of fast acting steroids that will quickly leave your body during the disruption (for example, a two week vacation).
