    Talking Just the new guy

Well first off let me just say what an amazin site! Everyone here seems to be really into helping others. That is good for a change. Next off, I have been lifting for a little while now( Like a year) and I take alot of Muay Thai and Jeet kune do and ect...... I am gona be fighting pro in a while and just wanted to know if I started to juice up now is there anything I would need to do so that when I get all big like y'all I won't lose alot of speed? Or will I be around the same tempo? Thankx everyone keep it up! P.S. he is funny! hehehe

you don't need to juice man. Look at guys like Mark Kerr and Marc Coleman, they lost many fights because they were too big, and gassed out too quickly when they should have concentrated more on cardio and less on lifting. Yes power does help in the fight game, but conditioning and skill are the top concerns. Vitor Belfort is another example that comes to mind. He was on the juice before his fight with Randy Couture, and got pummeled he gassed out early. You need to find a balance between strength and conditioning, with more emphasis on the conditioning aspect than on pure strength.

Great to see another fighter here. Strength is a good compliment to great technique. Try to keep the weight down but the strength up. I would think fina would be right up your alley. Lots of strength and little weight gain. Anyways, welcome aboard bro.

Welcome to the board bro. Fighting or no fighting you may want to consider holding off on the juice for few years. Here's a great thread I encourage you to check out.

    http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...&threadid=8661

I had a hard on for trying juice for a long time, and just recently decided that I am not old enough, nor have I reached my natural potential. Give it some though bro, good luck.

Welcome to the board. Like the rest of these guys said it is a good idea to hold off the juice for a while. But when you do try taking the types of gear that harden you down and give you speed such ans winny or fina. Do some research.
