Started my second cycle yesterday , and today is legs . I'm not sure i can do them as im in pain! I have a new workout that requires me to do legs twice a week , so no matter how i arrange my shots , there gonna hurt .
Ive only ever shot my quads , glutes would be same problem . Any one have this problem?
