    Bros help me out

I started my pre contest diet 2 weeks ago and drop quite a few lbs. I have a female co-worker who asked me what the hell am I using. I told her clen and T3 and my diet. she wanted the same, so I ordered clen and T3 for her, my question is what dosage should I tell her to use, keep in mind she is 5'2 and 250lbs. i'm going to print this out and give to her so no jokes please.

dude you shouldn't be giving her anything.... especially not clen .
i had some chicks ask for it one time at the gym.
if the girl doesn't workout or diet already then tell her to do so. if she wants to lose some pounds a little quicker an ECA stack is simple and works and is not illegal... (not sure where you are from). cept for the ephedrine part

    5'2 250lbs + Clen = garenteed heart attack

Giving something that would raise her BP so much when she is that obease would be mindnumbingly stupid, death would be a very possible side effect. Cardio and diet are her answers, when she gets to around 160ish then maybe, 5'2 is very very small...

Good post bro! I am sure others will learn from your situation. You can alway count on AR members for the straight talk. And I agree - your coworker should focus strickly on diet (5 to 8 smaller meals per day) and cardio (start out slow and work up to the point she can do 45 mins per session).
