The problem is, not having sex while on AAS can lead to infertility, etc... having sex exercises your man hood, it can keep your sperm production at higher levels, prevent excessive ball shrinkage, etc... the healthiest thing you can do when on AAS is get as much sex as possible. You should be shooting a load rather its jack off or help from a lady at least 5 times a week. This will also help prevent enlarged prostate problems, etc.

I actually read a study that 3 or more ejaculations per week contributes to a lower sperm count...I think it was in last month's mens health or something.

Anyway, get as much sex as you can...I find that when I am on, even 7 times a week is not enough...
