Well first off let me just say what an amazin site! Everyone here seems to be really into helping others.That is good for a change. Next off, I have been lifting for a little while now( Like a year) and I take alot of Muay Thai and Jeet kune do and ect...... I am gona be fighting pro in a while and just wanted to know if I started to juice up now is there anything I would need to do so that when I get all big like y'all I won't lose alot of speed? Or will I be around the same tempo? Thankx everyone keep it up! P.S.
