Are there any good ways that you guys use to prevent acne or get rid of it while on juice?????

lots a different things u could try. the ar spa has lots of posts o this buthere r some:

wash with dishwashing soap on infected areas
b5
salcylic acid
bezoyle(sp) peroxide
tee tree oil
tanning
shower after workouts
change gym clothes aften

What is b5 and where can i get some tee tree oil? I have pretty much everything else.

The only two things that have ever helped me are Tanning beds and Accutane, both work mericles.

Take a good long look at your diet. Is your juice sterile? Those too things are some of the main things. Sterileize your juice and watch your diet.

B5 actually works for some people? That stuff does nothing for me, I took it for 6 months, no change

i know a couple people that say it works well for them. u gotta take like 10g/day so its better to get the powder form so ur not taking 40 extra pills.

Well if he lives in Canada like us and has medical then Accutane would be free anyway

accutane works but you can get emotional sides like from clomid.

Retin a micro, a good peroxide wash and some doxycycline helped me.

Minocyline ... Minocycline is also used to treat acne, as it is active against the bacteria associated with acne, Propionebacterium acnes. This is a common type of bacteria that feeds on sebum produced by the sebaceous glands in the skin. It produces waste products and fatty acids that irritate the sebaceous glands, making them inflamed and causing spots. ,,,, you could try and get your hands on some of this i ve used it it works well you can take with your cycle and you ve a good you wont get any ance

Acne can result from using oil based products. Now if the acne is severe that may be an indication of bacteria growing in the amp. That shouldn't happen in the first place whether or not you choose to "sterilize" your juice. If you have bacteria growing in the amp it was never sanitary to begin with. I would not use it as you risk septicemia. Anti-estrogens will also help lower Acne. Clomid I find works very well.

I heard about Dawn here on AR. I didn't believe anything would work short of meds. I was wrong. I works great - especiall on back and upper arm acne.

when you ve used dawn how quick did you notice it clearing up ??
