when to use HCG/Proviron?

I am about to start my cycle:

weeks 1-12 test prop 75mg ED
weeks 7-12 oral winny 50mg ED
PCT: clomid therapy

but, I want to use proviron instead of nolvadex this cycle, how much do I need? And I also want to use HCG in addition to clomid, how much do I get and when do I use it?
