    how much deca EW?

    Im running:
    1-12 test E (500mg/wk)
    9-14 winny (50mg ED)

    I wanna throw Deca into my cycle how much should I do EW?

    Hey bro, You want to run the Deca 100mg beneath the test levels. I would run it at 400mg/wk for 10weeks. Run the test 2 weeks longer than the Deca
